    Tom has an exceptional background as the founder of Hunt Valley Contractors, the premier architectural and decorative concrete contractors from Delaware to Tennessee. Mr. Sparks brings his 35+ years of construction planning and installation skills to [email protected]

  • Omotayo Oliwo

    CFO

    Omotayo migrated to United States from Nigeria to start a new life. He is a proud husband and father of three amazing boys. He started his career as an estimator with our sister company, Hunt Valley Contractors, in 2016 and has quickly worked his way up to become the corporate CFO due to his passion for process and excellence. He has held several management positions within the company along the way, including Business Process Manager, & Project Manager. His educational achievements includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and a Master’s of Science in Management: Information Systems and Services.

  • Isaac Sparks, CPSI

    President

    Isaac C Sparks is the President of 3705 Holding Company. In his role, Isaac coordinates, manages, and leads a team. He provides all aspects of sales support, including expansion of products, services, customer relations, product education and support. As President, Isaac is responsible for project management, quality control, customer relations, team building, and training. He also educates Landscape Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Developers on how to specify, design, and construct park and playground environments.

  • Sean Briggs, CPSI

    Sales Manager

    Sean is the Sales Manager at [email protected] and has been with the team for over 7 years. Over that period he has been the lead on many of the projects for [email protected] Sean’s ability to manage projects and guide design have grown throughout his career and he looks forward to applying that experience to helping all of our clients development impactful new outdoor spaces.

  • Daniel Hack, CPSI

    Senior Opportunity Manager

    Daniel is a dedicated sales professional who brings over 10 years of experience to his role. With an extensive background in team management and over 4 years in sales he has been able to use his skills to benefit the Sparks team. “If you have an outdoor recreation project or a playground project, I would be happy to help with planning, budgeting, and managing the contracting process to ensure a successful build.”

  • Jason Sparks

    Opportunity Manager

    Jason has been with Hunt Valley Contractors and Sparks at Play for 17 years, giving him 16 years of experience in sales. He has seen the company grow and it would not have been possible without all his hard work. Before joining the family team, he served in the Army for three years and earned his AA degree. He now continues to work hard as a husband, father of 3 beautiful children, and Opportunity Manager.

    Opportunity Manager

    Wilmon brings a can-do attitude to the team and always makes sure to complete his goals. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and recently earned his MBA. He has a passion for providing people with excellent service, making him a valuable member of the [email protected] team.

  • TJ Spampinato

    VP Operations, Hunt Valley Contractors

    Mr. Spampinato is the Vice President of Operations at Hunt Valley Contractors, Inc. and manages the daily field operations of HVC crews as well as coordinating with contractors on scheduling and managing. Mr. Spampinato is a registered Landscape Architect, Certified Playground Safety Inspector, a certified LSI installer of playground equipment, AquaFlex, and PebbleFlex. His work history includes working as a landscape architect on design and project management with the Maryland State Highway Administration for 7 years and as a landscape designer for Mahan Rykiel Inc.

    Sales and Marketing Coordinator

    With a degree from University of Maryland, ten years of customer service experience, and a background in communications and social media management, Kaiya makes sure to put the “spark” in [email protected] “I love working in this industry because it is rewarding knowing the work I do helps to better the development of future generations.”

    Sales Administrator

    Brett brings three years of administrative experience and enjoys working with people. It is his goal to provide our clients with the best care to help them reach their project goals. Since he graduated from Towson University in 2017 with honors, he’s sure to have the skills necessary to handle the world of play.

  • Marsha Gardner

    Sales Administrator

    Marsha is new to the state of Maryland, coming from North Carolina. She enjoys spending time with her family and understands the importance of inclusive play, being a mother/mother figure to 6 children. She has a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and administration and years of experience in that industry as well as substituting preschoolers under her belt, so she knows how to handle a stressful situation.
